How to Make No-Bake Almond Balls
These no-bake balls call for 4 essential ingredients:
- Dates
- Cocoa powder
- Ground almonds
- Vanilla
And a few more optional toppings to roll the balls in:
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped almonds
- Cocoa
- Cacao nibs
Making them is as easy as you would expect. Simply blend all ingredients until you get a fine paste, then form balls.
Roll the balls in your favourite toppings.
Leave the balls to chill and firm up for at least 2 hours.

No-Bake Chocolate Almond Balls
ingredients
- ½ cup Medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup ground almonds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped almonds
instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together very well in a food processor.
- Mash the dough together and roll into 10 to 12 balls.
- Place the balls onto a baking tray or large plate, and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, for the balls to set.
- Once shaped, you can roll the balls in cocoa powder, coconut or chopped almonds.
- You can store these no bake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
