- 2 medium apples
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional, to sweeten)
Core and quarter the apples. You can peel them for smoother texture, but I prefer to leave them as intact as possible.
Combine apples, almond milk, cinnamon and agave syrup (if using) in the blender, and blend until perfectly smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your blender.
Serve with a dash of cinnamon.
