Servings 1
- ⅔ cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup rolled oats
Add almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and chia seeds in a blender.
Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, until chia seeds are completely blended.
Stir in rolled oats and pulse for 5 seconds, just enough so that they break apart a little, but still retain their grainy texture.
Pour into a jar, close the lid and let it sit in the refrigerator over night, or for at least 8 hours.
