Chocolate Overnight Oats
Who would have thought breakfast can look so tempting? These overnight oats are not only every chocoholic’s dream, but actually good for you, too.

- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup
- 1 heaping teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Close and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight before eating. Top with fresh raspberries, strawberries, slivered almonds, banana slices, and more.
