This strawberry breakfast protein smoothie is sweet, refreshing, and made with only 3 ingredients. Low in fat and packed with protein, fibre, calcium and vitamin C, it's the perfect on-the-go breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • cup plain soy yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup, optional
  • Iced cubes optional but recommended if you're using fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
